ERP Software Expert

About the role

Burooj Developers is looking for an ERP Software Expert to manage and enhance its enterprise resource planning system across multiple business functions. The role is based on‑site in Lahore and involves close collaboration with finance, procurement, sales, inventory, HR, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimise ERP modules to meet business requirements.
• Gather functional requirements from various departments and translate them into system workflows and reports.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and process guidance.
• Monitor data accuracy, user access controls, and system integrations between functional areas.
• Prepare operational, financial, procurement, inventory, sales, and project‑related reports.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors or internal technical teams for upgrades, customisations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Document procedures, maintain system records, and recommend efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience with ERP implementation, administration, configuration, and user support.
• Understanding of workflows across finance, procurement, inventory, sales, HR, and construction/project operations.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and issue troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of databases, data validation, reporting tools, and system integrations.
• Experience preparing dashboards and management reports from structured business data.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to train users, manage access controls, maintain data quality, and support change adoption.
