ERP Solutions Architect / Consultant

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Architect / Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise resource planning systems for its diverse client base. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable ERP architectures that support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and convert functional requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Design ERP architecture, system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
• Create solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define integration strategies with third‑party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, EDI, and messaging services.
• Design secure, high‑availability ERP environments and conduct architecture governance.
• Develop data migration strategies, ETL processes, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership during discovery sessions, workshops, and client presentations.
• Mentor development teams and ERP consultants on best practices.
• Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Educational background in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing ERP solutions across multiple business functions.
• Strong experience with ERP integrations, data mapping, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP implementation methodologies and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
