Etsy Virtual Assistant – On-site in Lahore

About the role

The Etsy Virtual Assistant will support Tribe Consulting’s e‑commerce operations by managing an Etsy shop located in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on creating and optimizing product listings, handling customer communications, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update product descriptions, images, and inventory data for the Etsy shop.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide after‑sales support via Etsy messaging.
• Process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor shop performance, reviews, and apply best‑practice strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to manage e‑commerce store operations, including listings and order processing.
• Strong written communication skills for clear product descriptions and customer messages.
• Customer‑service mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, time‑management, and ability to follow structured processes.
• Minimum intermediate education; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
