Executive Access & Power Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Access & Power Operations Engineer to lead the supervision, repair and maintenance of PTCL’s network and power equipment. The role ensures high availability of both wireless and fixed access networks across the Gulgasht‑Multan region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate repair & maintenance (R&M) and fault rectification of power equipment such as rectifiers, solar systems, batteries, diesel generators and air‑conditioning units.
• Perform Operations & Maintenance for wireless and fixed access network infrastructure.
• Manage O&M of critical telecom equipment including switching, DC/AC power, GPON, BO support, microwave and DRS services for PTCL nodes and corporate customers.
• Ensure network operational efficiency, service availability and compliance with HSE and safety standards.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and improve customer experience through rapid fault resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Networking or related).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telecom power or network operations.
• Strong understanding of electric power systems (AC, DC, solar) and generator maintenance.
• Experience with telecom access network operations and customer‑service support.
