Executive – Learning & Development

About the role

Software Finder seeks a results‑driven Executive – Learning & Development to design, deliver and evaluate impactful learning initiatives. You will enhance employee capabilities and performance by creating data‑driven, engaging learning experiences across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course assignments, content accuracy, reporting and analytics.
• Design and deliver learning programs covering onboarding, functional skills, soft skills, leadership development and digital capabilities.
• Create high‑quality learning materials such as e‑learning modules, interactive presentations, facilitator guides and multimedia content.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions that promote participation, knowledge retention and behavioral change.
• Conduct learning needs assessments with department heads and stakeholders.
• Recommend data‑driven learning solutions aligned with employee and organizational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, engagement data and ROI measures.
• Produce dashboards and detailed analytics reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Track L&D metrics including attendance, completion rates, learner engagement and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate vendors, training schedules, participant communication and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or Organizational Development.
• Hands‑on experience managing or administering an LMS.
• Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies and training evaluation techniques.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop professional, engaging learning content.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards and data analysis.
