About the role
One Stop BPO is seeking experienced call center agents to join its closing team on a night shift. The role focuses on converting leads into sales through effective closing techniques.
Required profile
- At least 6 months to 1 year of proven closing experience in a call center.
- Previous call center sales/closing experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing customers.
- Debt settlement experience preferred.
What we offer
- Basic salary of PKR 100,000.
- Incentives up to PKR 250,000.
