FAAS Manager / Senior Manager – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

KPMG ME is expanding its Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Pakistan to support clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are seeking experienced Managers and Senior Managers to lead remote engagements, deliver high‑quality IFRS advisory, and drive finance transformation for multinational groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting and IFRS advisory projects, including research, position papers, and complex reporting solutions.
• Design and assess Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) for clients.
• Oversee group reporting, consolidation, and financial statement preparation for multi‑entity groups.
• Manage finance function transformation initiatives, including current‑state assessments, target‑state design, and process mapping.
• Supervise engagement delivery, mentor team members, and maintain stakeholder relationships across international markets.
• Support business development and ensure engagement economics align with project outcomes.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CFA) – preferably with BBA and MBA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Big 4 consulting practice, focusing on Accounting Advisory or FAAS services.
• Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and high‑performing team development.
