Field Engineer Trainee – Artificial Lift

About the role

The Field Engineer Trainee will support safe, efficient and reliable artificial lift operations for our customers. You will work closely with senior engineers to deliver service, manage risk and continuously improve performance on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient and reliable production service delivery (PSD) to customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work and manage risk during service delivery.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Execute service delivery tasks and participate in job risk analysis and continual‑improvement programs.
• Assist Design/Technical Engineers with technical programs and bid preparation.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Implement compliance assessments, self‑assessments and wellsite inspections to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings and drive performance improvements through action plans.
• Participate in HSE and quality initiatives, wear required PPE and maintain safety training.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a similar role or related engineering environment.

Required skills

• Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) usage.
• Risk analysis.
• Wellsite inspection procedures.
