Finance Executive – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will support daily cash operations, reconcile financial records and assist with payroll and loan queries. This position offers a solid foundation for a career in finance within a fast‑growing telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash reports and manage bank deposits.
• Handle petty‑cash disbursement, filing and city‑wise reconciliation.
• Collect cash at the front desk and reconcile cash ledger.
• Process import letters of credit, invoices and advance reconciliations.
• Address loan, advance and deduction queries, including SAP loan creation.
• Manage payroll advances, deductions and related documentation.
• Reconcile electricity expenses and other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
