Finance Executive

About the role

As a Finance Executive at Tajir you will own core financial processes, from monthly close to vendor settlements, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive financial discipline and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end monthly close, ensuring timely and accurate management reporting and departmental accounts.
• Review general ledger activity, perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and classifications, and resolve discrepancies before reporting.
• Implement and maintain payment and bookkeeping controls while driving process improvements and automation.
• Prepare and monitor the monthly cash budget, analyse variances and obtain approvals for any budget overruns.
• Manage finance aspects of vendor agreements, including incentives, rebates, back‑margin calculations and timely settlements.
• Oversee revenue processes from invoicing and tracking to timely settlement.
• Support statutory audits by handling data requests, documentation and coordination with audit teams.
• Provide leadership with ad‑hoc analysis and support non‑routine finance projects.

Required profile

• CA Finalist or ACCA qualification.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS, IAS and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
