Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead Alay’s financial operations in Lahore, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting for its e‑commerce and manufacturing activities. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate accounts, compliance and strategic financial insight to support the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain robust financial controls.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Optimize financial processes across e‑commerce and manufacturing functions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CA, CMA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership or managerial role, preferably within apparel, retail, manufacturing or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting insights to leadership.
