Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Vitals Vault is seeking its first full‑time growth marketer to own the entire customer journey—from the first ad or search query to checkout, retention, referrals, and beyond. You will work directly with the founders, shaping and executing growth strategies for a fast‑growing health‑tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth across paid acquisition, SEO, content, affiliates, referrals and new channels.
• Deeply understand the funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion, retention, LTV, contribution margin, payback).
• Identify drop‑off points and collaborate with engineering to fix them.
• Design, build and test landing pages, offers, email flows and growth experiments.
• Partner with creators, designers, freelancers, agencies and AI tools to accelerate execution.
• Develop creative angles and briefs based on customer response.
• Study customers, competitors, reviews, support conversations and search behavior to uncover opportunities.
• Improve attribution and reporting where data is insufficient.
• Run rapid experiments, measure outcomes and pivot based on data.
• Explore acquisition channels beyond Meta and Google.

Required profile

• Owner‑mindset with a focus on results over role boundaries.
• Proven track record of growing a consumer product, DTC business, startup or client account.
• Ability to demonstrate personal impact on growth metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting numbers and prioritising actions.
• Clear written communication and solid consumer instincts.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to increase productivity.
