Frontend Engineer - JavaScript (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to develop and maintain user‑facing features for a global talent and AI‑driven workflow platform. This contract position is fully remote and focuses on modern JavaScript technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Implement responsive and accessible UI components following design system guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to ensure high‑quality code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with state‑management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern CSS methodologies.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code.
• Experience using Git for version control.
