Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. The role focuses on translating design mock‑ups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces while ensuring cross‑browser compatibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS and related technologies.
• Implement responsive layouts and mobile‑first designs across various devices.
• Collaborate with design teams to convert Figma, Sketch or similar mock‑ups into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance, accessibility and adhere to best coding practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.

Required profile

• Strong grasp of semantic HTML markup and modern CSS techniques.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross‑browser testing.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
