Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client that needs a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to work remotely on AI model training and optimization. The position is full‑time and focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality code that powers AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
