Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client that is a global leader in AI technology. The Full‑Stack Developer will work remotely on a full‑time basis, designing, building and maintaining code that trains and optimises AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality JavaScript/TypeScript code for AI model training and optimisation.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Write clear explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js and the Nest.js framework.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to produce readable, reusable and maintainable code.
