Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client that is a global leader in AI technology. The Remote Full-Stack Developer will design, develop and maintain high-quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high-quality, task-specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable and maintainable code.
