Full-stack Software Engineer

About the role

Medcare MSO is seeking a full‑stack Software Engineer to join its agile development team in Lahore. You will develop new modules, enhance existing functionality, and deliver tasks assigned by product owners within a Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software products and modules based on business requirement documents.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle using agile practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Communicate project data to team members and foster team cohesion.
• Review requirement documents and provide technical feedback.
• Create innovative technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Test software, identify bugs, and collaborate on fixes.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts for application use.
• Deploy applications on IIS and troubleshoot related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• .NET Core / .NET
• Angular 15+ (or later)
• JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, ReactJS
• Microservices architecture and Web APIs
• MS SQL (writing and optimizing scripts)
• IIS deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience with HCM systems (a plus)
• Agile software development methodology
