Full-Time Creative Strategist (40h/week) – Remote

About the role

Skinnify is a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand that creates clothing with built‑in resistance. We are looking for a full‑time Creative Strategist to lead the development of high‑impact video and image ads that drive conversions and strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce high‑converting ad ideas, hooks, and storylines for both video and image formats.
• Research competitors, customer psychology and market trends to uncover winning creative opportunities.
• Manage a team of three video editors and one image designer, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with media buyers and the growth team to launch creative tests, analyse performance and iterate continuously.
• Own the end‑to‑end creative pipeline, optimising for world‑class performance.

Required profile

• Strong creative vision with a proven ability to capture attention and drive purchases.
• Experience developing high‑performing ad creatives for DTC e‑commerce brands, preferably in fitness or fashion.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to polished, high‑converting asset.
• Comfort managing UGC creators and briefing them effectively.
• Data‑driven mindset, constantly testing and improving based on performance metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
