About the role

HDDP Consultants is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven professional to lead sales, investor relations and international business development for Marina Residences in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Lead premium sales strategies and close high‑value commercial deals.
• Build and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors and strategic stakeholders.
• Develop local and international sales partnerships to expand market reach.
• Identify overseas business opportunities and drive international expansion.
• Represent the organization at property expos, roadshows and investor events.
• Build strategic alliances and convert opportunities into successful deals.
• Drive revenue growth, strengthen investor confidence and achieve business targets.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in premium real estate, investment sales, investor relations or business development.
• Proven relationship‑management and negotiation skills with HNIs and international clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
