Graphic Designer for Print Production

About the role

Print & Pack Masters is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who will focus on creating production‑ready artwork for printed products and packaging. The role requires translating client requirements into final print files while ensuring technical specifications and brand standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver print‑ready artwork (bleeds, trims, colour profiles, dielines) for labels, boxes, brochures, banners and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with clients and account managers to review briefs, revise concepts and obtain final approval before production.
• Convert and optimise files for offset and digital printing, ensuring correct colour separation, trapping and other pre‑press requirements.
• Maintain and update dielines, templates and master files, managing version control for the production workflow.
• Perform quality checks, preflight and soft proofs, and advise on material and finishing options.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong knowledge of print production processes and prepress standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing reviews and coordination with production teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Solid understanding of colour management (CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles).
• Experience creating and editing packaging dielines and templates.
• Prepress expertise – imposition, trapping, bleed/margin setup, proofing and PDF/X preparation.
• Familiarity with offset and digital printing, lamination, varnish, embossing and die‑cutting.
• Ability to troubleshoot file issues such as missing fonts, linked images and resolution problems.
