Graphic Designer – Remote (Level 1)

About the role

Brand Bridge is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its global operations remotely. This Level 1 position focuses on artwork preparation, production design, and client support, ensuring high‑quality visual solutions for promotional product partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proofs, mock‑ups, placement art, supplier art and print‑ready files that meet client specifications and Brand Bridge standards.
• Handle daily design requests for assigned clients, delivering revisions, mock‑ups and production‑ready files on time.
• Create and modify artwork for embroidery, screen printing, DTF, digital print and other production methods.
• Conduct self‑checks for spelling, sizing, placement, branding consistency and technical compliance before submission.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding artwork updates, approvals and design queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet artwork specifications and deadlines.
• Prioritise multiple design tasks, maintain high quality, and solve design‑production challenges.
• Collaborate with senior designers and management, taking direction and contributing to team goals.

Required profile

• Strong creative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage several design tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can adapt to changing client requirements.
• Effective communicator with clients and internal teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator (primary tool) and general Adobe Suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of artwork preparation for embroidery, screen printing, DTF and digital print.
• Ability to produce print‑ready files and mock‑ups.
