Graphic Designer with Admin Duties

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who will also handle basic administrative tasks to support our marketing and sales teams. Based in Islamabad, you will work on‑site in a fast‑moving building‑materials environment, ensuring brand consistency while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design print and digital assets such as brochures, datasheets, banners, social media graphics, presentations and trade‑show materials.
• Convert technical product specifications into clear, visually appealing layouts ready for print or web.
• Maintain brand templates, style guides and image libraries; manage version control.
• Prepare files for commercial printing, setting colour modes, bleeds and trims, and review proofs.
• Optimize graphics for online use, export assets and perform basic image compression.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales staff and internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Perform routine administrative duties including document preparation, record‑keeping and use of MS Office or Google Workspace.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating print‑ready designs and technical datasheets.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a small cross‑functional team.
• Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.
