About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive scalable growth initiatives for a global leader in software development and IT services. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on expanding the platform’s user base through data‑driven strategies, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous optimization of acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to boost user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch and iterate growth experiments.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
• Track key performance indicators and report growth performance to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize initiatives.
