Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the digital acquisition engine for a fast‑growing real‑estate startup operating across three companies. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of paid media, CRM, automation, analytics, and lead‑generation initiatives to drive qualified investor and buyer leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel digital growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable lead‑generation and customer acquisition systems while optimizing acquisition costs.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns, including budgeting, audience segmentation, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing, optimize campaigns, and produce performance reports.
• Design and maintain marketing automation workflows and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve websites and digital channels.
• Work closely with senior management to align marketing tactics with revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset.
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, E‑commerce, digital marketplaces, real‑estate or financial services is highly preferred.
