Guest Operations Associate (Short‑Term Rental)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Operations Associate to support day‑to‑day guest and operational activities for short‑term rental properties across the United States. The role blends virtual assistance, operational coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest communications via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservation‑related matters.
• Provide virtual assistance for daily property and guest operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and internal teams to complete operational tasks on time.
• Monitor check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and property updates.
• Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues within required timelines.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks related to property operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and operational activities.
• Update and manage information across internal systems and OTA platforms.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support, virtual assistance, operations, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred).
• Experience with short‑term rentals, Airbnb, property management, or call centers (a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Proactive attitude, fast learner, and positive adaptability.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.
