Head of Business Operations

About the role

Super Crisp is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Operations in Lahore to oversee and optimise all aspects of the company's operations. The role covers day-to-day business activities, efficiency and operational excellence, and calls for strong leadership and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
• Assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and boost productivity across departments.
• Lead and manage the operations team, giving direction and support.
• Collaborate with other department heads (finance, HR, sales, marketing) for smooth inter-departmental operations.
• Oversee budgets, control operational costs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop business continuity plans to keep operations running and minimise disruption risks.
• Set KPIs, track operational performance and report regularly to senior management, including corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies and manage risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Preferred: experience in a fast-paced corporate or manufacturing environment with proven success managing business operations.
