Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs

About the role

A diversified industrial group based in Lahore is looking for a senior legal professional to lead its Legal and Corporate Affairs function. The role provides strategic legal counsel, oversees corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and manages legal risks across complex business operations. The search is confidential and handled by FullCircle Consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the legal and corporate affairs function and give strategic legal advice to senior management
• Oversee corporate and commercial contracts, negotiations and legal documentation
• Manage litigation, disputes and relationships with external legal counsel
• Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, employment and applicable regulatory laws
• Oversee corporate secretarial matters, statutory requirements and board governance
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
• Lead and develop the legal team

Required profile

• LLM, BCL, JD, Solicitor, Bar-at-Law or equivalent relevant legal qualification
• 15-20 years of progressive experience in legal and corporate affairs
• Minimum five years of leadership experience
• Experience in large industrial, manufacturing or diversified organizations preferred
