Head of Marketing

About the role

Cassandra Research is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for its AI‑driven tax, legal and workflow research solutions. This full‑time, remote position will shape brand positioning, drive demand, and support revenue growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, multi‑channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging for AI‑based professional services.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, email and social media.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align initiatives with revenue targets.
• Lead public‑relations efforts, media outreach and thought‑leadership programs.
• Set performance metrics, manage marketing budgets and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a remote‑first work culture.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in market planning, research and B2B SaaS or AI product marketing.
• Strong background in marketing management, brand management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales to drive customer acquisition.
• Experience in public‑relations, media outreach and reputation management.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Track record of effective remote or distributed team work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (advanced degree a plus).
