Head Wealth Management

About the role

The Head of Wealth Management will design and implement the bank’s Global Wealth Management strategy for the country, adapting the global proposition to local market dynamics, client needs and regulatory requirements. The role drives growth and integration of wealth solutions across affluent, SME and employee banking segments while delivering revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the in‑country Wealth Management strategy, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and local business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across Investment Strategy & Advisory, Wealth Markets Products and Sales, translating Group product strategy into a relevant local proposition.
• Develop and continuously enhance the consolidated country Wealth strategy across short‑, medium‑ and long‑term horizons, working with Business Heads and support functions.
• Drive commercial performance of Wealth products by setting and monitoring sales, revenue, service and productivity KPIs.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including acquisition of new‑to‑Wealth and HNWI customers and deepening existing relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading wealth management strategy and integration across multiple client segments.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory environment, competitive landscape and emerging market trends.
