Hospitality Management Instructor – Teaching & Training

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Management Instructor to join COTHM in Islamabad. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and vocational courses, blending theory with practical, hands‑on training to prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Teach core subjects such as Front Office Operations, Food & Beverage Management, Executive Housekeeping, and Hospitality Law.
• Lead practical sessions in simulated environments, including commercial teaching kitchens, mock hotel front desks and point‑of‑sale labs.
• Apply diverse instructional methods, using case studies, group simulations and current hospitality technology platforms.
• Foster an inclusive classroom culture that exemplifies professional grooming and customer‑service standards.
• Design, review and update syllabi, lecture materials and lab manuals to align with industry standards and institutional guidelines.
• Collaborate with the academic department to incorporate emerging trends such as sustainable tourism and automated guest services into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or certification as a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) or Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in the education sector, preferably in hospitality or related fields.
