Household Manager for Private Residence

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Household Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of a private residence in Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires ensuring the home remains clean, orderly, and secure while coordinating supplies, repairs, and vendor services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and general upkeep to maintain cleanliness, order, and security.
• Monitor household supplies, procure items timely, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate routine cleaning, housekeeping, minor repairs, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, and vendor payments for budget tracking.
• Liaise with external vendors such as electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and pest control for scheduled and emergency maintenance.
• Support domestic staff by assigning daily tasks and ensuring efficient completion.
• Manage vendor relationships through price comparisons, quality checks, and timely follow‑up.
• Report regularly on operations, expenses, and any concerns requiring escalation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in household or facility management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical repairs, and computer applications for expense tracking.
• Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and confidentiality.
