Housekeeping Supervisor – Training & Standards

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan's largest coworking space operator, is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and train its cleaning teams across multiple locations in Lahore. The role focuses on raising cleanliness standards through hands-on training, simple SOPs and regular follow-up visits.

Key responsibilities

• Train cleaning and support staff at every Lahore location on keeping pantries, corridors, washrooms and offices clean
• Show staff hands-on how each task is done: correct methods, products, order of work and timings
• Train staff on placing and changing bin bags in all offices and common areas
• Create simple step-by-step housekeeping SOPs and checklists for each area
• Onboard every new cleaning staff member with on-the-job training and run regular refresher sessions
• Coach staff one-on-one where standards slip
• Visit each location on a rotation to check that training is applied and re-train where needed
• Share findings with location teams and the central team, including photos

Required profile

• 2-4 years as a housekeeping supervisor or trainer, ideally from 4-5 star hotels, hospitals or facilities management companies
• Proven experience training cleaning staff, not just supervising them
• Patient, clear communicator in Urdu who can teach staff with little formal education
• Comfortable travelling between locations daily
