HR Business Analyst

About the role

ibex is looking for a proactive and energetic HR Business Analyst to support key HR functions at its Lahore office. The role focuses on streamlining recruitment, enhancing employee engagement and managing grievance processes so they align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace. The position is based in the ibex Lahore office and requires evening and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and talent acquisition: support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires, and assist in screening, interviewing and coordinating candidate assessments.
• Employee engagement and retention: develop and run initiatives to improve morale, measure satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and organize engagement activities, recognition programs and internal communication campaigns.
• Grievance handling: act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
• HR process optimization: support continuous improvement of HR processes and help with policy development and awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Good understanding of HR policies, compliance and workplace investigations.
• Ability to work flexibly with timings and prioritize workload.
