HR Executive (Recruitment & Employee Relations)

About the role

Siegwerk, a global leader in printing inks and sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking an HR Executive to join its Karachi team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and related documentation.
• Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Pakistani labor regulations.
• Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and other HR activities.
• Handle employee queries and support employee‑relations matters.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Pakistani labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or similar HR software.
