About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support our team during the night shift. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Pakistan labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Address employee queries and promote a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with various HR projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in IT or software.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Pakistan Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM night shift.
