HSEQ Trainer

About the role

PAK Safety Solutions is urgently seeking an experienced HSEQ Trainer to join the team in Lahore. The role involves developing and delivering high‑quality HSEQ training programmes for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver HSEQ training courses.
• Manage all training‑related documentation and records.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of in‑house and public trainings.
• Provide consultation and guidance to students on HSEQ training pathways.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of industrial experience in the HSEQ domain with proven training experience.
• MS/MSc or BSc in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, or Health & Safety.
• International general certificate and Management Lead Auditor qualification (e.g., OHSAS 18001‑2007, ISO 9001‑2008, ISO 14001‑2004).
• Strong communication skills (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
• Proficient in MS Office and confident public speaker.

Required skills

• Lead Auditor knowledge of OHSAS 18001.
• Lead Auditor knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Lead Auditor knowledge of ISO 14001.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
