Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations at Chainfore’s Lahore office, ensuring smooth administration of employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, training logistics and benefits management. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with HR managers to deliver a professional and efficient experience for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Prepare HR documentation, contracts and policy updates.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and training sessions, tracking participation and feedback.
• Support benefits administration, handling enrollments, changes and employee inquiries.
• Respond to general employee questions and direct them to the appropriate HR resources.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills
