Implementation Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

The Implementation Specialist (Spanish) will be the primary point of contact for new SMB customers during their onboarding journey with Motive. This role focuses on guiding customers through hardware and software setup, ensuring successful product adoption, and building long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for new SMB customers throughout the implementation phase.
• Guide customers through initial hardware/software configuration and system training.
• Monitor customer progress to ensure timely activation and adoption.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, sales, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Handle a high volume of phone and email inquiries.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role (sales or support).
• Proficiency with Salesforce and ability to use data to shape engagement plans.
• Strong understanding of customer success metrics.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail.
• Documentation, data analysis, reporting, and SQL experience are a plus.
• Business background in project/account management and analytical planning.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
