Import & Export Operations Executive (Remote)

About the role

Azaan Business Palace is seeking a detail‑oriented Import & Export Operations Executive to oversee shipment coordination, documentation, and related financial administration. This full‑time remote position requires at least three years of experience in international trade logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, track vessel ETAs, manage demurrage records and update payment statuses.
• Prepare, verify and maintain shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, telex releases, invoices and related paperwork.
• Maintain purchase and sales entries, supplier invoices, and commercial records across business entities.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices, contracts, debit/credit notes and outstanding payments.
• Generate shipping summaries, shipment reports and other operational reports as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations, shipping, logistics or international trade.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Practical knowledge of shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, telex releases and vessel schedules.
