Inbound Sales Specialist (Telecom)

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to join our Lahore team and sell Internet, TV and Phone services to US customers. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, building rapport, and converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and turn inquiries into sales.
• Promote and sell Internet, TV and Phone packages to US clients.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an inbound US telecom sales campaign.
• Previous BPO or call‑center experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and pronunciation.
• Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate and handle objections.
• Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
