About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise cloud, networking and security platforms at a global scale.
• Build, mentor and grow a team of engineers delivering high‑impact infrastructure solutions.
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering groups to align infrastructure roadmaps with business goals.
• Ensure 24/7 availability, performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure teams in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Strong background in networking, security and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of scaling systems to support high‑growth applications.
• Hands‑on expertise with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
