Infrastructure Engineering Director – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Director to lead a high‑performance team responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient global infrastructure. This fully remote, full‑time position supports rapid innovation for a leading technology company developing next‑generation AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize global infrastructure platforms, including cloud, networking, and security.
• Build, mentor, and grow a team of engineers delivering high‑impact infrastructure solutions.
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure roadmaps with business objectives.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure teams in fast‑paced tech environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, networking, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of scaling systems to support high‑growth applications.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
