Instructor for BTEC, HND & Entrepreneurship Programs

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic professional to lead our BTEC Level 3, HND and Entrepreneurship programmes at our Islamabad campus. The instructor will inspire students, foster an entrepreneurial mindset and deliver practical, career‑focused learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver BTEC Level 3 and HND courses from start to finish.
• Design and facilitate interactive sessions that translate business concepts into real‑world applications.
• Mentor learners, monitor progress, assess assignments and support academic performance.
• Collaborate with the academic team to maintain high educational standards and programme quality.
• Contribute to the institute’s incubation and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Required profile

• Holds an MBA, Business, Management, Entrepreneurship or related qualification.
• Demonstrated passion for practical, career‑oriented education and developing future entrepreneurs.
• Strong presentation, communication and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality learning experiences.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of business, management and entrepreneurship concepts.
• Experience leading or managing BTEC and/or HND programmes (preferred).
• Familiarity with business incubation, startup development or entrepreneurship programmes (advantageous).
