Integration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to connect ServiceTitan with our broader technology ecosystem. You will collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and IT to design, build, monitor, and troubleshoot data flows between ServiceTitan and adjacent systems such as ERP, marketing, reporting, and field‑service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceTitan and connected platforms using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
• Document data flow mappings, identify transformation needs, and ensure accurate field reconciliation.
• Monitor integration health, diagnose sync failures, and resolve data mismatches promptly.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired locations by mapping and migrating data onto the shared ServiceTitan environment.
• Gather integration requirements, write clear specifications, and keep documentation up to date.
• Implement data quality checks and lightweight QA processes to prevent downstream issues.
• Leverage scripting and AI‑assisted tools to automate mapping, testing, and data cleanup tasks.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and vendor support to keep all integrations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ServiceTitan, preferably its API or integration configuration.
• Proven experience building or maintaining integrations using native connectors, middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato), or custom API work.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats such as JSON or CSV; SQL or scripting knowledge is a strong plus.
• Fluent, professional English (written and verbal) for daily interaction with U.S. stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for tracing data issues to their root cause.
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate integration work.
• Collaborative, low‑ego communication style with thorough documentation habits.
