Integrator / Chief Operating Officer (Ecommerce & FBA)

About the role

We are seeking an Integrator / Chief Operating Officer to run day‑to‑day operations for a fast‑growing, founder‑led ecommerce portfolio. Reporting to the Visionary CEO, you will free the CEO to focus on product strategy, growth, and acquisitions while you own the leadership team and ensure flawless execution across all brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the leadership team, holding department heads accountable to Rocks, scorecards, and deadlines.
• Run the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) cadence: weekly meetings, quarterly Rocks planning, and Issues List (IDS).
• Resolve cross‑departmental conflicts, vendor issues, and operational fires before they reach the CEO.
• Own execution against company revenue targets, translating strategy into department‑level plans.
• Integrate new brands and acquisitions, building operational plans and setting performance targets from day one.
• Represent the company with suppliers, logistics partners, and operational vendors.
• Develop the management layer, coaching department heads into effective people managers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of people‑management experience, delivering hard feedback and owning end‑to‑end functions.
• Deep fluency in e‑commerce and Amazon ecosystems, including FBA, DTC/Shopify, TikTok Shop, and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven track record leading distributed, global teams across time zones.
• Experience with EOS or similar operating systems is a strong plus.
