International Customer Support Agent – British Accent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support Agent who can speak with a natural or near‑native British accent. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for global clients, primarily based in the United Kingdom, from our office in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place international calls efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
• Communicate clearly with UK‑based customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and following established procedures.
• Achieve performance metrics related to call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and call‑handling software.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in call support or customer service within an international environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with British customers.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with composure and professionalism.
• Strong command of English with a British or near‑native British accent.

• Salary range PKR 70,000‑100,000, adjusted according to spoken English proficiency.
