International Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a motivated International Sales Development Representative to join its remote sales team. The role operates primarily on the night shift (7 PM‑4 AM Pakistan Time) and focuses on engaging international prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound international prospects via phone, email and messaging to qualify leads.
• Conduct professional sales calls and follow‑up communications throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate client and lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
• Document, organize and report lead and opportunity details to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed campaign sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide timely follow‑ups and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
• Deliver excellent customer service that enhances the company’s brand.
• Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to advance sales discussions.
