International Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to source and recruit top talent for the US region, utilizing a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and ATS. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen and qualify candidates’ technical skills, experience, and fit.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Develop and sustain a candidate pipeline to continuously scout talent.
• Meet submission targets and maintain required submittal‑to‑interview/placement ratios.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and candidates to schedule interviews and ensure timely responses.
• Ensure recruitment procedures comply with organizational standards and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably for the US region.
• Proficiency in US recruitment processes, terminology, visa types, and major job boards.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
