About the role

AIOTAC Systems is seeking an enthusiastic IT Business Development Executive to join its technology sales team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in software and AI solutions, learning how to generate leads, engage prospects, and support the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across various industries.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, online research and other channels.
• Contact prospective clients, introduce AIOTAC’s AI‑powered products and services, and understand their business needs.
• Assist in discovery calls, prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑up activities and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements.
• Apply modern B2B sales and business development techniques under mentorship.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence speaking to clients.
• Interest in software, AI and emerging technologies.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
